Sylvie is originally from Montreal and has lived in Brooklyn since the 1990s. She has more than 20 years of experience in the business, working as a manager and wine buyer for different restaurants and bistros, among them Robin des Bois, which she helped set up and manage from its opening days. What we are hoping to offer is a casual place for neighbors to meet and hang out while enjoying good wines by the glass, wood-burning pizza such as Pissaladiere and Flammenkuche, cheeses and charcuteries platters, mussels, a great burger, and other small plates and specials dishes made with seasonal and local products. We will also have a raw oyster bar on some evenings.
