The Lazy Flamingo concept includes a trade dress consisting of trade name, logo, menu and goodwill associated with the Lazy Flamingo, a serving style consisting of full service, and a limited menu consisting of high quality, uniquely seasoned entrees such as; steamed shrimp, fried shrimp, conch fritters, and buffalo wings. Other great menu items are the ice cold oysters and clams on the half shell (freshly shucked per order), smoked fish, conch salad, conch chowder, clams/mussels marinara, fried grouper sandwich or finger basket, mesquite grilled grouper sandwich or platter, mesquite grilled chicken breast sandwich, spicy fries, Big Burger, mesquite grilled ribs, steak sandwich, Caesar salad with or without mesquite grilled chicken breast or grilled grouper.
The restaurants also offer other specialty items which are considered “signature” items, such as “The Pot (two dozen select oysters or clams or a combination of both, steamed in beer with special spices, celery and onion, all in their own fresh juices, served in the pot they were steamed in), Flamingo Garlic Bread (with our own special garlic butter), Dead Parrot Wings (buffalo wings with our own very, very hot sauce with a warning – “order at your own risk!”), and Teri-Hot Wings (buffalo wings with our special teriyaki and hot sauce combined, making a unique taste)”.
