The Laughing Seed invites you to experience our expanded winter menu. We have broadened our culinary scope to include even more of our favorite flavors from around the world and to utilize the seasonal organic products coming to us from various regional growers, such as winter squash from North Fork Farms and Treadway Farms mushrooms. We are pleased to be featuring some other fantastic local products as well, such as Smiling Hara Tempeh, Three Graces Cheeses, Annie's Natural and City Bakery Breads, Lusty Monk mustard, Buchi Kombucha, and Green Man Ales to name a few. Plus we're now baking our burger buns, focacccia, pita and specialty breads in house!
Global fusion is very much alive at the Laughing Seed. Dine with us, and you can experience the deep, slow cooked tastes of Thailand as well as the simple, but intensely satisfying flavors of the Mediterranean and Caribbean. Sunflower seed pesto and cashew nut ricotta form a deliciously satisfying filling for our raw Spinach Pesto Manicotti. Our sushi offering changes nightly, along with our pasta special and authentic Indian thali plate. And nothing comforts like our classic Harmony Bowl, Tempeh Reuben, or Tico Burrito. Along with reworking some old favorites, we're adding an authentic Szechuan kung pao dish, Pecan Crusted Seitan, a Korean style Bahn Mi sandwich and a few American classics. Our winter dessert menu includes a five spice chocolate chestnut torte, apple walnut toffee cake, and a bourbon pumpkin cheesecake.
