Vodka: 80% Corn, 20% Red Winter Wheat
Our Vodka is 80 proof. It has a sweet vanilla aroma complimented by a lingering sweet taste. Its flavors are all natural from the wheat and corn. Its sweetness is not typical to unflavored vodka but creates a delicious and popular spirit.

Lightning: 51% Corn, 49% mix of Red winter wheat and Rye
Our lightning whiskey is "aged" in oak barrels for under an hour. It does not capture any color or flavor from the wood as we wanted to highlight its original flavors. The corn brings a bright sweet flavor to the spirit that is balanced well with the earthy spice from the rye and buttery finish from the wheat.

Moonshine: 100% Corn
Our moonshine is distilled from 100% corn. At 100 proof it has a slight burn when sipped but is complimented by the strong sweet corn flavor.

White Maple: 100% NYS maple syrup
This spirit is simple. It is distilled from 100% NYS maple syrup. At 70 proof it is light and easy drinking. It has subtle maple aromas and a slight maple flavor on the finish.

Sweet Maple: 100% NYS Maple Syrup flavored with syrup, finished on Oak
This product is a flavored version of the White Maple. Flavored with just a little bit of local syrup and then aged a short time on charred oak staves this spirit is sweet and maple forward in flavor. It has subtle oak and smoke flavors that highlight the sweet maple taste.

Our Bourbon Whiskey is light bodied with a smooth mouth-feel. Aged in small barrels our Bourbon delivers strong vanilla flavors complimented by soft oak undertones and a lingering cinnamon spice.

Last Shot Distillery was founded in early 2015, and has opened its doors nearly a year later in December 2015
A year in the works and alot has changed. We have constructed a small tasting room and beautiful bar located above our distillery in an old industrial building. The distillery is located just outside the village of Skaneateles, NY. The history behind the distillery has been a huge motivating factor in opening the business. The site of our building is where the Kellogg & Earl Distillery operated from 1830-1860 before it burned to the ground and prohibition ended the legal manufacturing and sale of distilled spirts. Last Shot Distillery will be the first craft distillery in our town since Prohibition. Our mission is to bring new life and perspective to the art of distilling and create a business centered around old time traditions and a community we love.

All of our Products at Last Shot Distillery are crafted using only locally grown ingrediants, that is what makes us a "Small Farm Distillery". We use grains like corn, wheat, and malt, and rye to hand craft every batch. We like to let the natural flavors from our fresh ingrediants speak for themselves. Sweet corn, buttery wheat, and earthy malt, create unmistakable flavors that are sure to leave you wanting one "last shot.
