This martial arts course will teach you several styles of Kung Fu, highlighted by Wushu training, the style popularized by silver screen martial arts masters Bruce Lee and Jackie Chan. In addition to the modern techniques of Wushu, you'll receive coaching in more traditional Kung Fu forms, including ancient Shaolin techniques. You'll be working on your jumps, kicks, punches, and power. Plus, you'll receive non-competitive gymnastics training designed specifically to compliment Kung Fu.
