Michael DiMartino is an honors graduate of the Culinary Institute of America. He has twenty five years of experience in the restaurant industry,and has been Chef and owner of the Landmark Inn for over Fourteen Years. In addition to overseeing the operation of one of the Hudson Valley's most distinguished establishments, Chef DiMartino has also appeared in several top culinary magazines and on the Food Network's "In Food Today."
