Caruso's has a tradition of serving our customers in Delaware for over 26 years. For the past few years in Middletown, we have provided a relaxed family atmosphere to everyone who comes through our doors. La Piazza Di Caruso was opened as a result of our customer's request that we provide the same great service and food in a northern location.
