Peruvian Pisco was present in San Francisco since late 1800 when it was the most popular spirit. We at La Mar try to keep the tradition alive. Our Bar philosophy is simple: make artisanal hand- crafted cocktails with an emphasis on the tradition of Peru. Our cocktail list is a combination of traditional Peruvian cocktails (Pisco sour, Pisco Punch, Chicha Morada) and cocktails we have created, which features a new creation weekly. Our Bar uses nothing but fresh squeezed juices, house made syrups, and our own infused Piscos; upholding the quality expected in the cocktail culture of San Francisco.
