La Bodega Rellenos
Some restaurants use poblano peppers, but we use anaheim peppers, which have more flavor. Twice a year we get them from mexico, and then they get a little picante. We stuff your peppers to order, coat it in our delicious beer batter, fry it, and finish it with red sauce, cheese, raisins, pecans and sour cream with a side of guacamole.
