It is easy to understand why some restaurants survive for a long time, all you need is a combination of great food consistently prepared and superb personal service. And voilà! La Baraka restaurant gained food lovers' attention by being one of the first in the 1970s to introduce Couscous, the signature dish of North African cuisine. The dish has the grainy semolina, itself called couscous, finished with lamb kebab, chicken, flank and merguez (homemade spicy lamb sausage). It is still served today -- truly delicious!
