My wife Kholoud and I founded the company with the idea of serving the highest quality and most unique pizza's possible. Each pizza begins with our fresh dough that is made daily, we then add only the highest quality ingredients: including our homemade pizza sauce, quality cheeses, lean meats and fresh vegetables.When we opened our doors in 1999, my wife and I quickly learned how difficult it can be to manage a restaurant so concerned with quality, but we worked hard and accepted nothing less than the best from our food, our employees and ourselves. We began to realize that we were doing things right when our customers started coming back with great compliments about our food and our service.
