We specialize in Memphis style BBQ -- Hickory smoked, pulled pork shoulder, peppery vinegary sauce, tangy coleslaw & dry rubbed pork ribs (’course we also smoke up brisket, chicken, and hot links, plus home made side dishes and desserts).
