Class Descriptions
Krav Maga Beginners
An introductory level class open to new students and those holding the rank of white belt, Krav Maga Beginners instructs students on the foundation of Krav Maga self defense and hand-to-hand combat techniques. Students learn various stances and combative movements used to quickly and effectively finish a fight or attack situation. Krav Maga Beginners also covers a wide range of self defense principles applicable to a variety of common street attack situations. Krav Maga Beginners is an exciting and fast paced class designed to prepare both the body and mind against violent attacks, utilizing stress drills designed to mimic real life situations.
Krav Maga Intermediate
Open to yellow and orange belt members, Krav Maga Intermediate involves training under increased levels of intensity and higher risk situations. Students apply the basic principles learned in Krav Maga Beginners, and more advanced skills and techniques, to more intense simulated street attacks. Students also learn how to use their body as a weapon while adapting to more stressful confrontations. Krav Maga Intermediate also introduces students to weapons defenses.
Krav Maga Advanced
Open to advanced students holding the green, blue, brown, or black belt, Krav Maga Advanced covers beginner, intermediate, and advanced weapons defense skills, including defense against gun, knife, and blunt objects. This advanced class also instructs students on third- party protection, multiple attacker scenarios, and use of improvised weapons.
Weapons and Tactics
Open to all intermediate level and above members (yellow belt and higher ranking), this class is designed around Krav Maga principles that bring individuals with little to no prior weapons defense and handling experience into a state of proficiency in a short period of time. This is one of our most popular classes as it covers potentially dangerous and real Âworld situations faced by military and law enforcement officials daily, while laying the foundation of defenses in a controlled manner. We highly encourage all yellow belt and higher level students to train in these principles.

Speedx Combat
Unique to Krav Maga Unyted, SpeedX Combat combines the best aspects of SpeedX
an intense cardio and strength program, with Krav Maga and boxing bag techniques, to provide an intense calorie Âburning fitness experience. This fast Âpaced 60-Âminute class provides 35 to Â40 minutes of MMA Âfight inspired punching and kickboxing combined with body Âweight movements and strength training medicine balls and dumbbells. Students are trained in techniques from MMA, cardio kickboxing, Muay Thai, Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, traditional boxing, and Krav Maga, with an emphasis on speed and constant movement. Students enjoy an intense one hour workout to great music and energy, and burn between 600 to 1,000 calories per session. No shoes allowed in class for safety and striking effectiveness.
Krav Maga Combatives
Krav Maga Combatives is a high-energy and high-intensity Krav Maga class focused on development of elemental combative and offensive striking development for students of all levels.
Krav Maga Combatives students are paired together and utilize Thai pads, punch and kick shields, and focus mitts in high intensity bursts designed to sharpen offensive skills using hands, elbows, knees, and kicks. Krav Maga Combatives is a perfect compliment to both Krav Maga and SpeedX Combat classes as it helps to increase endurance, fitness, and skill levels that translate throughout our courses.
Intro to Fight
UNYTED FIGHT CLUB: Krav Maga Unyted offers a comprehensive fighting and sparring program that allows you to use your Krav Maga skills against other students and instructors in simulated attack situations.
Krav Maga Unyted's Intro to Fighting course is designed to take student athletes with little or no prior combat or fight experience to a functional level under stressful situations.
This course focuses on development of footwork, vision, and punch and kick defenses in order to build the ability to protect and defend in a street fight or combative attack scenario. Intro to Fight provides a great workout.
All training is in a controlled environment where we train with respect for our partners. No hard hits or bloody noses allowed.
Intro to Fight is an excellent supplement to Krav Maga Self Defense classes, greatly improving your effectiveness and ability to function in real world situations and stress.
