Reformer - All Populations Welcome - Pre/Postnatal Friendly
A Reformer class designed for those who need to avoid loaded spinal flexion due to Diastasis Recti (DR), pregnancy or various spinal conditions. Most exercises will be on the reformer but may include the EXO/Wunda Chair as well. Generally a level 1-2 but will be modified as needed. Email us with any questions. info@korstudios.com.

Reformer Jumpboard & Straps w/Glute Focus
Get your cardio in while giving a little extra love to those glutes! The jumpboard is a piece that attaches to the reformer allowing you to jump while being horizontal, reducing impact on the joints (ankle, knee, hip). Then you get to use those straps - hands or feet go in them - abs, arms and more glutes! And we'll definitely include some leg circles as a treat! This class is low impact & fun- high energy, while focusing on deep work. Join us!
Reformer 1-2
Full body workout on the Reformer, the most popular piece of apparatus in the Pilates repertoire. This class will lengthen and strengthen and bring balance to your body. Previous Pilates experience is strongly recommended. Ask us about scheduling a private session beforehand to become familiar or address any conditions or necessary modifications. Reformer Jumpboard Level 1-2
Get your cardio in, KÔR Pilates style, by jumping your way through Pilates exercises that will challenge your whole entire body! In this class, you will also challenge your abs, arms, legs, glutes/butt & back with strapwork, inversions, and use of a variety of Pilates repertoire. Limited spaces. 4-5 students per class which means, proper technique enforced (no cheating).
Pilates Mat Inspired Reformer 1-2
Ditch the mat and hop on the reformer! Take it up a notch with our Pilates Mat-inspired Reformer class will involve deep ab and glute work including some of your favorites from PIlates Mat class such as pelvic curls/bridging, hundreds, teaser, upstretch/downward dog, push-ups & planks, mermaid and swan prep back extension.
Reformer Stretch Level 1-2
Tight hip flexors? hamstrings? shoulders? glutes? This class is for you! Lengthen and release tight muscles so that you can become more balanced, help prevent injury and ultimately become stronger.

Get your Cardio in on the Reformer jumpboard and add some EXO to the mix, which will incorporate some abs and arms.
(Virtual) Pilates Mat 1-2
Pilates mat at home! Or wherever you happen to be. All you need is a device (laptop, tablet or phone with wi-fi access) and a mat (feel free to purchase one from KOR, please ask us about this). An email will be sent to you with details after you sign up. If you are new to Virtual Pilates please read below for further details: Thank you so much for adapting to these changes and joining us as we find creative ways to move during this season. We're adding more options every day so keep checking our schedule. More than ever during these times, we will need to stay connected...mind and body. During your virtual Pilates class, your instructor will be watching each of you and cueing you as if you were in a regular mat class at KÔR. You will be able to see her as well. If you need to turn off your camera at anytime you will have that option. Before your virtual class please... Choose your device you will be using to join/view and be a participant in the mat class. Your device needs a camera on it..most are built in, such as on an iPhone or an iPad. Also you might need to turn on the microphone if you have it silenced...Although during class the mics will be silenced by your instructor and only turned on if you have a question or if their is a brief discussion such as at the opening or ending of class or a discussion about a particular exercise. Get Zoom www.zoom.com For Computer/Laptop/Tablet (preferred device choice bc of camera angle easier to set up):Download Zoom. (Free); For Smart Phones: Get the Zoom app (free). Choose location. It could be anywhere but the closer to your router the better if you are using WiFi. The stronger the signal the better. You can also consider using a booster or an extender if you need to be far away from router. If you are simply using your phone's data and not WiFi you should be able to go anywhere...like outside in your backyard. :). Device placement. Place device where it is slightly above you while lying down at an angle so we can see your entire body from head to toe. Use horizontal view of possible. Use several books to stack and even cans of food or the many rolls of toilet paper you've stocked up on! Lol. Text us if you need help. But we can help at beginning of class too. Please join the Zoom meeting 10 mins early if you need help setting up. Make sure to turn off "time out" features on your screen saver on phone/laptops/tablets so you can view the entire class without interruption. Go to settings or preferences and choose "never time out" or at least 1 hour time out but do not choose the 30 second or 5 min options. What to wear? Wearing Pilates/yoga or exercise attire or any clothing that moves with you. Or just wear whatever you would wear to a regular Pilates class that you would take in person. Use a Pilates or yoga or exercise mat or a towel with a blanket under for padding. Let us know if you need a mat. Individual corrections and guidance are given, as with all of our group classes. Non-toxic Pilates mats are provided.
