This is our signature taco. Double caramelized Korean barbecue short rib, a salsa roja made from Korean and Mexican chillies, our cilantro-onion-lime relish and our chili soy Kogi slaw -all over two, crisply-griddled corn tortillas. Welcome to L.A. and Orange County.
Our special blend of pork belly, butt and shoulder is massaged with our sweet and spicy gochujang marinade and dialed back with a lusciously subtle heat.
We take the juiciest parts of the chicken and marinate them a light ginger-soy marinade before they hit the grill twice to caramelize the way good chicken should.
We give our tofu an extra long soak in some chillies, garlic and citrus before having it char just a while longer on the grill and then we top that with our salsa verde. It's the kind of vegetarian taco that even carnivores would drool over.

Add a pinch of sea salt, a dash of our sesame-chili salsa roja sauce and a sprinkle of toasted sesame seeds.
Blistered, all-beef Hebrew National hot dogs are topped of with our Kogi slaw, cilantro onion lime relish, a little bit of cheese, and a touch of sesame mayo, nestled inside a toasted bun.
Kogi Kimchi Quesadilla
So simple, yet so satisfying. The grandmother of all Kogi quesadillas is filled to the gills with melting jack and cheddar cheeses and caramelized, buttered kimchi. Topped with our classic salsa roja and sesame seed crush – one bite and you'll know why the original Kogi special was crowned a Kogi classic.
One of the fan favorites. This was the very first special we ever made and people requested it so much we made it a permanent part of our menu. Short rib, sesame mayo, cheese, salsa roja and a cabbage-romaine slaw tossed in a chili soy vinaigrette on toasted buns make this one of the most popular specials ever. Two come per order and we're flexible in swapping out short rib for any other meat upon request.
The newest member of our family. Our calamari swims in a wonderful citrus, soy, and ginger marinade before it dies a quick and glorious death upon our hot planchas. Its lightly charred and tender bits are topped with our sweet and sticky salsa naranja and good helping of onions and lime.
Blue Moon Mulita
Our premiere Salsa Azul dish. It's melted cheese, grilled onions, and chicken sandwiched in between two toasted corn tortillas, topped with Salsa Azul and crushed sesame seeds. Best part is, it's only 3 bucks - which is way cheaper than the admission price for the next Star Trek movie.
Caramelized onions and spicy pork married together with melting cheddar and jack cheeses. Each side of our massive flour tortillas is grilled until it gets as crispy, tender and pliant as a great Neopolitan pizza before being ladled with citrus-jalapeño-roasted-garlic salsa verde.

Sweet Chili Chicken Quesadilla
Caramelized onions, chicken and our sweet and spicy salsa naranja join forces with our crisp and chewy flour tortillas generously stuffed with ooey gooey jack and cheddar cheeses. It's then topped with toasted crushed sesame seeds. Some say that this sticky-sweet savory treasure trumps the Blackjack Quesadilla, though the Blackjack purists may disagree.

Spicy Pork Edition - classic Kogi spicy pork burrito with a cool shot of salsa verde on the inside and a warm smother of Kogi mole on the outside. Topped with melting cheese and cilantro onion lime relish. You're welcome.
Chocolate Tres Leches Cake
Spiced peanut brittle w/ toffee, Cocoa Pebbles, Cinnamon Toast Crunch, toffee, cayenne and cinnamon. Sticky, crunchy and glistening w/ melted sugar, it secretly beckons for you to make out with it in a dark corner. Cream, condensed milk and whole milk infused w/ cinnamon and cayenne oozes from every open pore. In its center, a creamy, mild glob of tapioca milk rescues you for but a moment from all that spiced, chocolate intensity.
