Therapeutic Optometrist & Glaucoma Specialist – The University of Houston College of Optometry. B.S. Biomedical Science – TexasA&M University. I have had the pleasure of providing advanced eye care to patients since 2003. My passion for staying in the forefront of the Optometry profession is a personal commitment to my dad who has struggled with vision loss in one eye for over 30 years. I have enjoyed my extended training at The Eye Center of Texas assisting Dr. Edward C. Wade in LASIK Surgery in Houston as well as providing exceptional eye care at Lackland Air Force Base in San Antonio. My spare time is dedicated to my wife and three sons and being their cub scout leader; which is challenging and yet very gratifying. I look forward to growing Kleinwood Vision to meet the diverse demands of our great community and personally thank you for supporting local small business that are dedicated to improving your quality life.

Optomap Ultra-Wide Digital Retinal Imagings
The Optomap is Dr. Nguyen's preferred way of viewing and documenting the back of your eye. The retina is the only place in the body where blood vessels can be seen directly, revealing more than 31% more health issues such as cancer, stroke, heart disease, hypertension, and diabetes. These pictures allow Dr. Nguyen to successfully follow your eye health from year to year and early detection is essential in administering successful treatments. It's not painful. The procedure takes less time to perform and there are no side effects which were once experienced from dilation. We offer only the most advanced technology to our patients and are confident in making the Optomap ultra-wide digital retinal imaging an important part of your comprehensive eye exam at Kleinwood Vision.
