Basic Carpet Cleaning

Our basic cleaning, we lightly pre spray the carpet then extract with our truck mount or portable unit. Great for move ins/ outs or lightly dirty rooms. ( up to rooms 10ft x 10ft, additional charge for larger rooms or double rooms ie. master bedroom or living room/ dinning room combo. pre vacuuming is required, if areas are not pre vacuumed a additional charge of $10/ room will be assessed)

Our top service is now even better, we start with a double strength eco friendly pre spray thats pet and child safe. We focus on spots in the room with extra pre spray. Then we allow extra dwell time for maximum separation of the dirt from the carpet fibers. We then double extract with our truck mount for fastest dry times.
Stair Cleaning

The deep cleaning of stairs in a stair well. We deep clean each stair by hand for maximum cleaning ability. We use our eco friendly pre spray for this service.

Is your carpets really dirty? We use special equipment to achieve the deepest cleaning possible. Our machines deep clean by sinning to get a deep extraction all the way down to the bottom of the fibers and rinse all the dirt out of the carpets getting the carpets the cleanest possible and the absolute fastest dry time.

Didn't have time to vacuum before we come? For just an additional $10/room we can pre vacuum an bedroom to help you get the most out of your cleaning. We use double HEPA vacuums for maximum containment of debris for the best clean we can offer
Portable Use Charge
Do you live in a building over 2 stories or in an area not accessible for our truck mount units? We have the strongest portables available to clean your unit. Due to the extra time needed for setup and removal, an additional $20 flat rate fee will be assessed on the job for using a portable unit.
