Duration: 1 hour: Free:Whether your goal is to get in great shape, learn self defense, or be the next MMA world champion, this is where it all starts out! You'll be introduced to the fundamentals of Muay Thai, which include drills, basic offensive and defensive footwork, proper form, as well as loads of cardio and conditioning! Pick up on great techniques to pack in a better, more precise punch. You'll also be able to blast out rounds on the heavy bags and kick shields -- great way to vent your week's stress! This is the class where you don't have to be a fighter to look like one.

Note: You must be a resident of the Tri-State area to book a trial class. Gear is required: 10-16 oz boxing gloves and handwraps.
