In 1985 King fish Seafood restaurant opened on Chicago’s South side in the Greater Grand Crossing District, under Earl Mc’Kay’s inspiration. As a young boy he developed a deep appreciation for quality seafood fishing alongside his grandfather Major Scott in Mississippi. Kingfish Seafood has always been in step with current health trends.
