Your Fitness Assessment will consist of a basic PT test that involves basic movements such as push ups, sit ups, a sprint/run and other various bar movements such as a dead lift, squat and bench. You will also be introduced to basic kettle bell and bar movements. A Kitchen Questionnaire will also be filled out there and then to assess nutritional and dietary needs and recommendations. *If your initial Fitness Assessment is a no show it will then count as a session on your next visit. All cancellations must be done within 12 hours from day of scheduling.
