This class is intermediate/advanced and anyone with some experience with the mat work and desire to work hard is welcome. This is a fast moving class and the skills required are challenging. The Mat work is powerful stuff, and since it uses no equipment it's a great way to practice your Pilates wherever you are. Come practice your mastery of the Pilates Method in this 55 minute class.
