In the Japanese martial art of kenpo, the aim is not to fight, but to end a fight - as quickly and efficiently as possible. It is self-defense paired with damage control with safety as a guiding principle. In this class you will learn kenpo (or, "fist law") along with elements of jiu jitsu, such as joint locks and joint manipulation, to give you the skills necessary to protect yourself against one or multiple attackers. Come explore a program that ensures you are well-versed in defense techniques against unarmed or armed assailants.
