Tai Chi

Duration: 55 min; Free; Whenever you feel like learning how to defend yourself seems like an impossible feat, remember that all it takes is one lesson with Kenpo karate to make a change, resulting in a significant difference. Learn the traditional and self-defense aspects of this martial art, and build internal discipline of the mind, body, and spirit. Following warm-ups, train with Kihon "basics," and practice punches, kicks, blocks, stances, and footwork.
