Iskender Kebab
Iskender Kebab is one of the most famous Northwestern Turkish dishes and most likely takes its name from its inventor, skender Efendi, who lived in Bursa in the late 19th century. Rumor has it that this dish may have been inspired instead by Alexander The Great. We'll let you decide. Check out our interpretation of greatness
