Katie's Subs was started 23 years ago by Katie and her husband. In order to raise her family she sold it to her mother Niki who owned it for 7 years. During that 7 years I worked for Niki. She taught me that it takes hard work and many hours to succeed as a self employed business women. It is such a pleasure to see people return again and again, and tell me that they look forward to stopping in.
