About Us

As a graduate of Penn State University in 1972, and Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine in 1976, he then went on to serve as a medical officer in the United States Navy, and after honorably serving his military duty, Dr. Kaplan completed a two year residency program in emergency medicine at St. Vincent's Hospital in Toledo, Ohio. During his internship and residency general and plastic surgery training. Practicing in the field of cosmetic surgery since 1991, Dr. Kaplan has received surgical training from nationally known and respected surgeons.
