About Us
Kakaako Kitchen has the distinct reputation of being Honolulu's “Gourmet Plate Lunch” haven. Owned by renowned and award winning Chef Russell Siu (also owner of 3660 On the Rise), customers are delighted by the fair prices and home-style cooking in this trendy restaurant at Ward Centre. The cuisine can best be described as Euro-Island Style which combines Chef Siu's European training and sophistication, his distinct palate for Asian ingredients and experience with Island food growing up in Hawaii.
