Justice Snow’s is the perfect combination of a hip downtown Aspen restaurant in an historic space with a landmark location in the Wheeler Opera House building, originally constructed in 1889. Justice Snow’s has been celebrated by the New York Times for their libations as well as being named to Playboy Magazine’s Best Bar List and heralded by Food & Wine Magazine as among the Best Bars in the U.S. for 2014. Executive Chef Jonathan Leichliter is always developing our fresh, seasonal menus, but you can always expect savory dishes that are elevated with unexpected twists. We take every opportunity to serve Colorado products and house-made specialties. Chef Leichliter has an uncanny ability to take familiar dishes and bring them to the next level, or present uncommon flavors in a completely approachable way. Patrons can experience a wide array of handmade cocktails crafted by Justice Snow’s talented cocktail mechanics at our historic bar. Our extensive menu includes rare spirits, mixed drinks (from classic to custom), mocktails, distinctive hot drinks and beautiful wines at every price point. Under the care of proprietress Michele Kiley, Justice Snow’s serves lunch, dinner and libations daily, and is open weekdays from 11am-2am, plus weekend brunch on Saturdays & Sundays from 9am until 3pm. The restaurant features live music most Wednesday and Sunday nights with talented local and national artists playing a wide variety of American music styles.
