The support of the instructor and the other members of the class keep everyone moving forward. In this environment it is easier to push yourself and remain committed to the activity. The best classes motivate you to work harder than you would on your own.the Structure of a fitness class helps you to maximize your workout.

Fitness instructors carefully plan their classes and lead you through a series of movements to specifically target certain areas of your body.

This structure allows you to focus on working hard without worrying about what to do next- you can rely on the expertise of the instructor! This is one of the many reasons group fitness has been proven as one of the fastest ways to get your body in great shape!in Addition to the reasons listed above, fitness classes are simply more fun than working out alone! Abs

This basic mat abs class focuses on the muscles of the core so that you can get the rock-hard abs you have always wanted. Duration: 25 min.; Average calories burned: 75-200 calories (based on intensity and level of fitness)

Body Sculpt or Bodyworks

Body sculpt is a cardiovascular strength training fitness program that's designed to shape and tone your body without building muscular size or bulk. The course was developed to teach the proper way to workout with weights. Duration: 1 hour; Average calories burned: 200-300 calories (based on intensity and level of fitness)

Bootcamp

Bootcamp is a circuit training that alternates strength training with aerobic exercise to give you two workouts in one. Bootcamp is a great way to challenge your body with an intense, efficient workout. Duration: 1 hour; Average calories burned: 350-600 calories (based on intensity and level of fitness)

Chachersize

Chachersize is a full body dance workout based on the urban line dance Cha Cha. It is a fun way to get a great workout. Duration: 1 hour; Average calories burned: n/a

Cycling

Cycling is a great workout to improve cardiovascular endurance and muscular strength. It is high intensity interval training, but is open to all fitness levels- workouts are performed to music on a stationary bike and participants choose their own personal training intensity. Group Power

Group Power is a high-rep weight training workout. Using an adjustable barbell, weight plates, and body weight, Group Power combines squats, lunges, presses, and curls with functional integrated exercises. A great all-around workout. Pilates

PUR Motion

PUR Motion is a training system that was created to work the body as an integrated unit performing the basic movements of pushing/pulling, locomotion, lever changes, and rotation. Individuals will elicit higher levels of work capacity and performance if such movements are performed at high intensity. Silver Sneakers

Silver Sneakers is designed to increase strength, range of movement, and flexibility. Dumb bells, elastic tubing and balls are used for resistance. Yoga

Grow longer and stronger as you explore this 60 minutes journey of yoga and pilates movements. Positive uplifting music, group dynamics and supportive instructors will enable you to center your energy, reduce stress, and even smile. Zumba®

Zumba® is an exhilarating, effective, easy-to-follow, Latin-inspired, calorie-burning dance fitness-party. We are proud to debut our athletic turf lined Functional Training Station area at this club. And following suit with all of our other gyms we are bringing with us the exclusive cardio experience known as the Cardio Cinema. Don’t fret gym locker rooms ever again while you are a member of Just Fitness, because we welcome you to use our executive style locker rooms with carpet flooring, private showers, complete with lounge for when you’re waiting for your training partner to show up. We sincerely welcome you to come check out our facility for yourself, and see what sort of fitness experience we have in store for you.
