Abs
This basic mat abs class focuses on the muscles of the core so that you can get the rock-hard abs you have always wanted. Duration: 25 min.; Average calories burned: 75-200 calories (based on intensity and level of fitness)
Body Sculpt or Bodyworks
Body sculpt is a cardiovascular strength training fitness program that's designed to shape and tone your body without building muscular size or bulk. The course was developed to teach the proper way to workout with weights. Duration: 1 hour; Average calories burned: 200-300 calories (based on intensity and level of fitness)
Bootcamp
Bootcamp is a circuit training that alternates strength training with aerobic exercise to give you two workouts in one. Bootcamp is a great way to challenge your body with an intense, efficient workout. Duration: 1 hour; Average calories burned: 350-600 calories (based on intensity and level of fitness)
Chachersize
Chachersize is a full body dance workout based on the urban line dance Cha Cha. It is a fun way to get a great workout. Duration: 1 hour; Average calories burned: n/a
Cycling
Cycling is a great workout to improve cardiovascular endurance and muscular strength. It is high intensity interval training, but is open to all fitness levels- workouts are performed to music on a stationary bike and participants choose their own personal training intensity. Group Power
Group Power is a high-rep weight training workout. Using an adjustable barbell, weight plates, and body weight, Group Power combines squats, lunges, presses, and curls with functional integrated exercises. A great all-around workout. Pilates

PUR Motion is a training system that was created to work the body as an integrated unit performing the basic movements of pushing/pulling, locomotion, lever changes, and rotation. Silver Sneakers
Silver Sneakers is designed to increase strength, range of movement, and flexibility. Dumb bells, elastic tubing and balls are used for resistance. Yoga

Zumba®
