Jus' Ribs n More opened to the public with an expanded menu, thus the "n More". Sticking to what makes good food great, Brigitte and her staff pride themselves in welcoming new faces as friends and providing delicious meals that are made fresh and in house. Other barbeque places may try to speed up the cooking process by baking or broiling their meats and smoking them just to finish them off. Brigitte only uses the smoker to cook the barbequed meats. Low heat and slow cooking time seals in moisture and flavor. The smoke ring tells it all!
