Traditional asanas are taught, leading to a more flexible, strong and balanced body. Students are encouraged to listen to their bodies. This is where you can build the foundation of your practice as you are taught the fundamentals of yoga, with emphasis on correct alignment. Good amount of pranayama and meditation are also taught. Great class for both beginners and seasoned yogins.
Early Bird Yoga
The class moves with fluidity, linking each movement with the breath. It is an energizing, creative class. Suitable for all levels-modifications are always offered. Perfect way to start your day.
A slower, gentler approach to the practice of yoga, but still receiving all the benefits. We include meditation, breathing practices, gentle stretching and strengthening poses. This is suitable for seniors, students with injuries and also pre and post natal students. Relaxing.
We begin with a strong warm up of Surya namaskars. Still emphasizing proper alignment, the student is guided toward a deeper practice, involving deeper back-bends, inversions and arm balances. High energy class, suitable for yogins with experience.
Yoga for Beginners
We introduce the new yogis slowly and gently. We use blocks, straps and blankets to assist the student in asanas. Attention to detail is practiced in order to teach good habits and perhaps remove some bad ones. We move at a slower pace, incorporating pranayama (breathing techniques) and meditation. Also ideal, but not limited to persons with injuries and pre-natal moms.
Hatha Flow Happy Hour
One hour Open Happy Hatha class to Unwind from your week and get you Right for the weekend.
We begin with Sun salute warm ups, and then move into postures, keeping the flow element. We expand on other aspects of yoga such as chanting, mudras and pranayama and meditation. This class offers a great variety of postures, that are available for all due to the modifications taught.
Vigorous Vinyasa class that will take you to a new level. Expect to sweat. You will release toxins as well as emotional baggage. Feel renewed! The room is heated to 85° F with very low humidity. The heat allows for deeper poses, skillfully taught by our experienced teachers. Bring a towel.

We recognize the full teachings and traditions of yoga. Hatha yoga is taught at the studio with a Vinyasa flow component. All our classes include some pranayama and meditation. The asana classes range from gentle, restorative, to a vigorous Astanga blend as well as some heated Vinyasa classes. We offer kids and teen yoga and Mat Pilates.
