In order for everyone to get the most out of their experience here at the salon we recommend:
Booking Your Appointment
We want you to be able to get a day and a time that is the most convenient for you. We recommend pre-booking your appointments as this helps us take care of all your needs.
Cancellation or Charges
We prefer a 48 hour call if you need to move an appointment. If you want to make changes to the services being performed please let us know when we call to confirm. This gives us a chance to accommodate you or time to contact other clients on our waiting list.
Fashionably Late
Our staff strive to stay an schedule because our client's time is valuable. Please call if you will be more than 15 minutes late for your appointment as we may have to reschedule you.
Confirmation Calls
We will give you a reminder call 24 hrs. Prior to your appointment and we also send emails or texts.
Children in the Salon
We try to promise a clam and peaceful atmosphere for our clients. Please make arrangement for your children. This helps us to promote relaxation for our guests.
