About Us
Jimmy & Joe’s opened on October 6th, 2006, but the thought of opening a pizzeria had been in the works for some time. While my daughter was in college getting her degree in Business, she and I would talk of opening a pizzeria.While in the Food Distribution business I met Nick Heddings owner of Arizona Pizza Company in Tucson. Nick and I became close friends and I shared with him my desire and to get back in the restaurant business. It is Nick’s encouragement and great pizza recipe that I am eternally grateful for. My wife Mary and I wanted to keep it simple. We decided on a limited menu of Pizza, Wings, and Salads & Deserts We wanted room for a small dining area, pick-up counter, delivery and curbside pick-up.
