JF Motivator Ride
Start the week off right! Track the calories you burn and the power you produce! Cardio & strength all at once! Great for all levels of fitness. Have fun getting fit! First time riders, arrive early for class and the instructor will help you with setting up your bike. A heart rate monitor is suggested but not required! This is a 45 minute class!
JF Uphill Ride
Burn calories as you go from flats to uphill climbs! Ride your way to cardio fitness in a stadium-style studio outfitted with a heart-thumping sound system. This is a 45 min and 60 min class.
JF Tough Rider
No messing around – get up and get it done. Start your day revved! Anthony is quite a wake-up call! Track the calories your burn and the power you produce in this 45 minute power ride.
Challenge yourself to take a High Intensity Interval Training and increase your mileage and calories burned. This high intensity cardio spin class will take you on a ride combined with fast intervals and hilly terrain. This class is 40 min long.
