Our mission at j'eatjet? is to successfully operate a bar and reinvent the term "bar food" We plan to serve local, seasonal food with a menu that will change daily. j'eatjet? will highlight local breweries on tap and utilize local, sustainable New York State farms as our food suppliers. Everything will be made in-house, from our fresh pretzel burger buns all the way to our infused spirits. We will strive to offer our customers a warm, homey atmosphere serving delicious unique "bar food" to go with great beer and cocktails.
