Jaxon BYOB is a small, quaint restaurant located on the corner of 3rd and Fairmount streets. The owner, Tony Schiro, and chefs Ed Conwell and Doug Dreisbach are focused on serving the highest quality ingredients. We strive to source products locally when possible. Ed and Doug bring resumes from some of Philadelphia's finest restaurants including Vernick Food and Drink, Kanella, Serpico and Little Fish. The blackboard menu will change seasonally to offer the freshest produce available.
