Executive Chef Scott Simmers has years experience working with both Southwest and Tropical flavors, which allows him to pull inspiration from those experiences to create many of our dishes. We strive to bring those fresh, vibrant, and unique flavors to you right here in Conshohocken. Fresh meat or fish with an island flare, and just a little bit of kick are common in his creations like the popular Braised Short Ribs and Pan Seared Red Snapper.
