Cardio Stair Group
Gather at the studio and walk to Convention Center Stairs. From there, do as much or as little as you can. There is no pressure to do more than you can, but certainly you are welcome to challenge yourself to go as hard as you can! You WILL get a good cardio workout!
Incinerate fat with some high-intensity interval training that will boost your metabolism and increase your cardiovascular capacity. Build lean muscle and add definition to your body while boosting your total-body strength.
Advanced Mat Class
Must be familiar with Pilates Mat Exercises and be in relatively good physical condition. Have the ability to preform all beginner Mat Class exercises. The Classical Mat Pilates Repertoire is a sequential system of exercises varying levels of skill demand. The transitions are exercises in and of themselves and create a flow throughout the class to keep your heart rate up and increase strength and stamina. The result is a dynamic system to achieve optimal health and a lean and toned body. You will leave feeling energized, strong and with ease of movement throughout your day.
