The session involves full body conditioning. This class targets the chest, arms, legs and cores muscles. There is a variety of exercises to shock your muscles.
Suspension Training
This is a 45 minute session the works the whole body with the Suspension training. The session includes a warm up and cool down.
Kettlebell Core/Lower Body Workout
This session that targets the core muscles, legs, and butt.
Beginners Kettlebell Workout
This session is for members who are new to kettlebells. This slightly lighter session will teach members how to use the kettlebells while also working out the entire body.
Kettlebell Core/Abs Workout
This session targets the core muscles, with special attention to the ABS.
Boot Camp
This is a 40 minute session involving cardio and strength exercises in a boot camp format
Cross Training
This session involves functional exercises to include kettlebells, wallballs, slamballs and stag rack.
