Level 1 is an ongoing class for students with a basic understanding of the " asanas" (postures). Most students coming into this class have completed the Introductory Classes. Level 1 classes introduce the next level ofasanas, such as back bends, forward bends and inversions. All systems of the body are affected: muscular, skeletal, circulatory, respiratory, digestive, reproductive, endocrine, lymphatic, and nervous system. In this class you will build the strength, stamina, flexibility and concentration required to safely advance to Level 2.
