Winter Yan Shan
Hailing from Fujian, China, this is a relative of our high mountain oolongs from Taiwan. Its made from the same cultivar and processed nearly identically to its Taiwan brethren, but displays different flavor characteristics due to the different terroir or place where it was grown. Clean, elegant flavors of gardenia and rose intermingle with the crisp body. The finish is floral and lingering.
