Yoga & Meditation Classes
Integrative Healing Institute is now offering Yoga & Qi Gong classes. Each class is $10. Package pricing available. All supplies are provided. Changing rooms are available. No memberships required.
Mondays from 10am-11am Chair Yoga with Pam Armendariz, RYT
This is a gentle yoga that focuses on pairing the breath with movement, observing and opening range of motions, contracting the muscles to slowly build strength and coordination. All props are provided. Practice can be adapted to many levels of physical activity.

Wednesdays from 12pm-12:50pm Gentle Lunchtime Yoga with Pam Armendariz
Pam focuses on body awareness, balance and finding your moment of zen. Treat yourself to an hour of slow stretches and deep breathing to rejuvenate your muscles and expand your flexibility. Refer a friend and their first class is free.

This Intermediate Yoga class is a quick flow for students familiar with traditional yoga poses and their names. In this class we will use the breath to move us through the sequence and make key adjustments after each pose.

NES Health with Debbie Littrell Ventura
The NES Health system begins with a fast, non-invasive scan which provides a way to measure the functionality of your Human body-field (HBF). The HBF is an energetic matrix created by your body from energy it both produces and gathers from the environment.
NES Health ProVision Scan
The NES Health ProVision scan analyzes the entire body-field for existing energy blockages and information distortions. A personal protocol of Infoceuticals and miHealth corrections are prepared, based on the results of the ProVision scan. The first one hour session includes an in-depth review of the many aspects of the body-field on which ProVision reports. Second and subsequent sessions last approximately 30 minutes.

Cupping Therapy
