Duration: 1 hour; Free. It turns out size doesn't matter after all. Jiu Jitsu, a grappling martial art, will teach you to use leverage, joint locks, and chokeholds to defend yourself against any opponent, no matter how much bigger he or she is than you. You'll learn how to gain the superior position while you're standing up, and then apply the style's signature devastating ground-fighting moves.
