(yoga for the beginner) this class offers basic instruction of yoga practice, an introduction to correct breathing and postures (asanas) as well as a gentle flow to accustom yourself to the practice and become familiar with your body's needs and abilities.
Level 3 Yoga
(intermediate to advanced yoga) this class is recommended for the more experienced practitioner. students are encouraged to have a basic awareness of breathing and the abilities of their own body before entering a level 3 class.
All Levels Yoga
this class is designed to be suitable for all levels of yoga practice. instructors will give options for varying degrees of depth for each posture and practitioners are reminded to take it to their own level. assistance is also offered to those at the beginner leve
Youth Yoga
this class teaches children how to respect and connect with their bodies, as well as those around them. the poses show how to stretch and strengthen every part of their body, increasing body awareness and building self-esteem. the classes offer students tools to release their thoughts and de-stress in an environment that is suitable for their active bodies and minds.for grades 6-12.
Meditation
meditation is a self-help process of gently quieting our busy mind to enable us to 'see' more clearly and see things as they really are. the final purpose of meditation is to purify the mind. the technique taught at our center focuses on the body, breath and sensations so you can get the actual physical and mental experience.

Slow Flow
A less vigorous flow between poses but an equal challenge of endurance, flexibility and strength to our Yoga Flow classes. Recommended for those who attended the Beginner Yoga Series, are new to yoga, & advanced practitioners.
Yoga Pop!
A fun, inspirational class with upbeat music and Vinyasa style movement that will give you an energy boost. Put some "pop!" in your practice! Recommended for those with previous asana practice.
Extra Gentle Yoga
A slower paced class where you can take more time to savor the poses. Recommended for those who attended the Beginner Yoga Series, are new to yoga, or have minimal yoga experience.
Yin Yoga
Provides the perfect balance to your active yoga practices. With long-held floor poses, breath work, and meditation. Recommended for those who attended the Beginner Yoga Series, are new to yoga and advanced practitioners.
Hatha W/core Integration
Integrating a Hatha style with heavy emphasis on the core and longer holds in each asana. Recommended for those who attended the Beginner Yoga Series, are new to yoga, & advanced practitioners.
Power Vinyasa
Builds and engages your core strength to support you in more advanced postures. Recommended for those with previous asana practice.
Vinyasa Flow (Donation)
This all levels class offers a faster paced flow that challenges endurance, flexibility and strength. Class fee: Donation.
Beginner Vinyasa
A sequence of yoga postures that flow one into another, while connecting breath to movement. Recommended for those who attended the Beginner Yoga Series, are new to yoga, & advanced practitioners.
Warm Vinyasa
Practice in 80°-85°. Includes a 15-30 minute reading, lecture, or discussion. Offers a faster paced flow that challenges endurance, flexibility and strength. Recommended for those who attended the Beginner Yoga Series, are new to yoga and advanced practitioners.
Vinyasa Flow W/alignment
Postures continuously flow while synchronizing breath with movement. Recommended for those with previous asana practice.
Hatha Yoga
Combines postures with conscious breathing. Develops strength, flexibility and mental clarity. Recommended for those who attended the Beginner Yoga Series, are new to yoga and advanced practitioners.
Express Noon Flow
Starts off with a vigorous yoga flow and ends with 15 min. of restorative postures. Recommended for those who attended the Beginner Yoga Series, are new to yoga, & advanced practitioners.
Yoga Basics
Open level class with pranayama (breath awareness), a wide range of postures, sun salutations, and seated stretches. Focuses on alignment & modifications for all postures. Recommended for those who attended the Beginner Yoga Series, are new to yoga, & advanced practitioners.
