She became privy to the restaurant business at a very young age in her parents restaurants. It was there that Patty learned that owning a restaurant is not only about serving food but more importantly it is about creating a welcoming and poignant experience for the customers. Although Patty learned the satisfaction of running a successful business she also witnessed the devotion and dedication of long hours it takes. Even still Patty, never one to be discouraged, always kept this dream close to her heart.
