Chair Fusion
In this chair fusion class, enjoy the many benefits of the Pilates chair fused with the Pilates Reformer. The variety of exercises available when utilizing both the chair and the reformer will keep your mind engaged and your workouts dynamic providing you with the opportunity to take your body through it's full range of motion, build strength, access your stability, and increase your flexibility. Prerequisite Notes: This class is a level 1-2. It is best to have had 3 private reformer sessions plus 3 basic sessions or 10 basic group sessions before attending. Please inform your instructor should you have any injuries or ailments.
Group Reformer Basics
For new clients and those with less than 25 sessions. Learn the basics of reformer training to get the very most out of your practice! Especially for newbies, but not limited to just new students. It's great for our regular students to have reminders about the fundamental movement that really makes a difference.

Gentle Yoga
This discipline of yoga is open to all levels of students, including beginners. Relax and renew both mind and body while learning the basics of yoga. Yin Yoga
Yin Yoga is a series of held postures of stillness for promoting growth, clearing energetic blockages, and enhancing circulation. The gentle but consistent stimulation to the connective tissues encourages long-term health and flexibility of the joints, recharges the energetic system of the body and naturally draws the mind inward into a relaxed, meditative state PLEASE NOTE: BRINGING A BLANKET AND PILLOW TO THIS CLASS WILL GREATLY INCREASE YOUR EXPERIENCE OF THIS YOGA CLASS. Mat Pilates
The "other" mat. A non-impact approach to exercise. We use balls, rings and bands to work our "core" fitness level. Research shows strong abs equal more muscle and less belly fat. Flatten your belly while giving your body variety and serenity. All levels welcome as we show many modifications and challenges.
Advanced Reformer / Sculpt

Flow and Restore
A class to nurture mind, body and spirit. This class is half warming flow and half holding restorative and yin poses always concluding with a lengthy and peaceful savasana. Restore and Yin postures will be held for several minutes supported by props for total relaxation, healing and release. "Flow and Restore" will incorporate elements of poetry and Qi Gong with an emphasis on the power of music as an additional tool to enhance your practice. Come experience a total surrender of anything that no longer serves you.

Breath & Body Chi
Breath & Body Chi is a slow-flow class with longer held poses and special attention to moving the body in harmony with the breath. This class will strengthen all the major muscle groups, improve flexibility and balance, and cultivate a mind-body connection that has been proven to provide relief from every day stress, anxiety, and fatigue.
Flow and Fly
Indulge in a delicious full body yoga experience. Get your feet off the ground, flow and fly! With the support of the hammock get ready to experience spinal decompression, Deeper movement and range of motion and a new found sense of joy, ease and relaxation. Flow and fly is easy on the joints easy on the joints and assists in building the muscle strength and stability you need to take your practice to the next level. We highly recommend not to eat an hour before class. Prerequisite Notes: It is best not to eat within one hour prior to attending class. This class is not appropriate for students with glaucoma, high blood pressure or heart disease.
Adaptive Yoga
In this class many types of yoga will be implemented. Using Asanas which build greater movement, challenge our strength, length and balance. Mind / Body Yoga
Have you found the same practice year round just doesn't seem to work? Or maybe a diet that for a time is successful later leaves you feeling depressed, discouraged or maybe even heavier? Just as mother earth has seasons, our bodies need our own seasons to bring ourselves into balance. This practice is based on the teachings of Ayurveda. When followed year round, you will find yourself cleansing your body in the spring, opening your body in the summer/fall and grounding yourself in the winter. All levels are welcome, and be prepared to work and to feel good.

Follow along with the instructor in this 75 minute flowing class that emphasizes alignment and form to help you squeeze the most benefit from your workout.
