Nicole gustavson, owner and founder of inform fitness leesburg, has been a personal trainer since 2012 and is both ace and power of 10 certified. With additional background experience in yoga and mindfulness (meditation), her specialty is providing fitness instruction for those with significant demands on their time and/or those who hate to work out, but who also want to protect their health, build muscle tone and want to improve their overall energy and endurance.
A Fitness Program That Works
Nicole's own fascination with high-intensity weight training began in 2009 just after the birth of her twin daughters. "I found myself in both the weakest shape of my life and the most challenged for free time. Safety and efficiency were also more valuable to me than ever, and this workout - power of 10 - gave me optimal results in minimal time." Nicole also loved the fact that the program is research-based - back with real science and evidence - and as she says, simply makes sense.

When her daughters were six months old nicole moved to leesburg to be closer to family. She fell in love with the area and decided it was the place to stay. She also decided it was time to reinvent her career as a business owner, and chose a product she was newly inspired by and wholeheartedly believed in - the power-of-10 workout.
