The original Imperial originated in Les Cayes, Haiti, run by Executive Chef, Marie P Jarda’s mother, Cia Perrin. Marie grew up in this restaurant/hotel for most of her life until she moved to the United States when she was sixteen. Over the years of her stay in the states, Marie went to school in New York and soon became a nurse. It wasn’t long before she was married with three beautiful children. Her Favorite part of nursing was her schedule, she could always be home to help them with their homework.
