BoxFit with TRX
Boxer Mark Posadas takes you through a rigorous but fun boxing and conditioning class that includes mitt work, conditioning, bag work, and authentic boxing drills. Strength and core building TRX work is included in every class!
Focus Mitt Fitness
Develop your accuracy, technique, and endurance in this very special shadowboxing and mitt class. Led by Erik and no less than three assistants, students are led through relentless mitt drills as the team glides through the room with focus mitts catching the punches and kicks. It's fun, will get you fit, and will make you a better ninja!
Kickboxing Fitness
An exciting and dynamic martial art workout. It will take you from boxing to kickboxing to Tae Kwon Do to MMA drills on the heavy bag, body shields, and life-sized dummies. You wont find this mix of martial arts in a workout class anywhere else! Includes plenty of strength and core work to keep your body guessing.
Kickboxing Fitness 90
A 1.5 hour class that will leave you drained and smiling. The first 30 minutes are a cardio burst of shadowboxing drills and punch mitt work followed by a full 60 minutes of heavy bag work, dummy target training, and creative conditioning drills. A killer workout, guaranteed.
Ninja Core
Keep your muscles and joints in check by giving them the maintenance they deserve. The first 30 minutes will be a killer bag workout followed by 30 minutes of stretching and core exercises where you will learn how to prevent injury and make your body stronger by strengthening your core and using foam rollers and stretches common to Pilates, Yoga, Gymnastics and Ballet.
Ninja Skills
Ninja Skills draws from a variety of disciplines like dance, meditation, movement, parkour, gymnastics to develop control, efficiency and well rounded body which means less injuries, better performance so you get the most out of their workouts and reach the next level. You learn in-depth concepts on punching, kicking, hip throws or arm bars.
Ninja Strength
Led by IMPACT's Joseph Jimenez, this class will build your strength and develop your agility. Each class starts off with 30 minutes of TRX, cardio, plyometrics, or athletic drills and ends with an exhausting 30 minute heavy bag workout!
IMPACT! Kickboxing Fitness is a group exercise center focusing on martial arts and boxing bag work and conditioning. All levels of ability are welcome to this positive, fun workout experience. We provide loaner hand wraps and gloves at no charge! What to bring? Water, towel and be ready for a great workout!
